Soft and fluffy milo Puto cheese!!
INGREDIENTS
2 milo sachet (24 g)
2 Cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup melted butter
Cheese
-haluin lahat except cheese
-rest for 25-30 minutes.
-using medium molder
-total steam 10 minutes. 5 minutes steam then add cheese on top steam again for another 5 minutes.
-Huwag pahiran NG butter or oil ang Molder.
-siguraduhing balut in NG tela ang takip.
-siguraduhing kumukulo tubig pag I steam na ang puto.
