Recipe: Krep Me Marmelada (Marmalade Crepes)

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 Tbls superfine or baking sugar
½ cap of vanilla extract
2 ½ cups of milk
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
Marmalade
Ground Cinnamon mixed with superfine or baking sugar

Directions:

Beat eggs with sugar in bowl until thick. Beat in vanilla then
milk, little at a time, until well mixed. Beat in the flour, a little at a time.
Melt butter into skillet and add 1 oz of batter.
Cook over high heat for a few seconds then flip and continue cooking until golden.
Spread 2 tsp to 1 Tbls of marmalade over each crepe and roll thinly.
Prep Time: 10 to 15 min
Cook Time: 15 min
