Post Install WSL2 : Access Ubuntu Linux with Screen Reader on Window11

Post installation of Windows Subsystem for Linux 2, WSL2,
on Windows 11 using Windows screen reader NVDA.

WSL2 allows Windows user to run Linux machine on top of Windows
without using Virtual Box or dual OS boot.

This is a continuation of WSL2 pre installation video.
In this video we are going to access the Ubuntu Linux file syustem
and test by create a simple file.
We also will access windows home directory via Linux bash / terminal.
