i made the mini lemon cakes at 4:29, i went off recipe a slight bit (i added 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour) and they were so good! i kept those side pieces of the lemon in instead of ripping the entire thing out, and I think that really helped with the lemon flavor!! 8/10, would recommend.
