Why is this video buried?!? This is gold info right here. I have suffered from 2 exertion headaches over the years. Each of them lasted for 2 weeks from a fried CNS. If you've ever had one... You know what I am talking about... Onset is sudden and leaves you crippled for several minutes to hours. I couldn't even lift the laundry basket without the headache immediately kicking in telling me to just chill. Trainers just told me to back off my intensity.... Everyone needs to know about this topic BEFORE they are 38. ;) - Enjoying your vlogs and shutout to @vitruvianphysique for sending me to your channel.

to all beginners out here! first I (been lifting for 5 months now) didnt believe it would benefit me, but after i had intense mental everyday fatigue, performance decrease at the gym, etc. i gave it a try, best decision: less tired at work or after the workout, more excitation for the gym, better performances, so don't turn your back on it bc you started lifting a few months ago.

Merijn, kijk brother theres one thing you didn't say about deload week. After a deload week can you just hit youre current weight or does you have to increase slowly again ??

Very good and informative video, it helped me a lot but I've got a question. For example my last workout in the gym before the deload week was with bench 90X5, squats 110x5, pull ups 22, 5x5 etc. When I finish the deload week should I go straith from 60 kg (for the bench in the deload week) to 90 again an try to progress right away or when I finish the deload I should return slowly by increasing the weight for example one day after the deload week with 70 kg, next day 80 kg and so on ?

Let's say I bench press 100k. Then, I take a deload lifting 60k for a week. After the deloading week, should I start at 100k as I was doing before the deload, or I should start at 70k or 80k and the following week be at 90k or 100k?
