Fort defens is good when you can stuck modifiers, the problem is there are few nations that can go into full def strat and to stuck modifiers without using or having nat ideas buld for it you must conquer monuments, but with if you do, then whats the point of sticking. So basically this advisor, all navy advisors are for role play purposes. Basically do this run with afghanistan and finland, kill all enemies with attrition
