I hate the high prices of "luxury makeup". It's not worth it, literally just a scam, they pay about the same as drug store companies do for production but the puff up the price so BADLY 😭

Your content has been SO good for me. I tried to find a drugstore “alternative” for my fav itCosmetics foundation (the price raised, ugh) and ended up spending more $ than if I just committed to staying with my favorite formula because for the love of me, I cannot find a shade match in the drugstore! If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! I finally realized saving for the reliable name brand/formula that I’ve been using for YEARSSS with the shade that matches me perfectly saves me more in the long run than buying bottles/jars of stuff I won’t use.

Tip for those on a low-buy: I recently depotted a bunch of my powder compacts/eyeshadows into Z palettes and for some reason, that has helped me pan so much of my stuff and reach for blushes I own rather than wanting to buy new ones!

I really want the CT foundation stick. It sounds like everything I want but I have too many complexion products at the moment. I told myself I can get it once I pan 1-2 of my current products. It gives me incentive to use my current products and also gives time for reviews and for the initial "omg!!" to fall off lol

Love the glossier and lanolips formula, the key is lanolin, the only thing that actually hydrates and heals my lips. I’ve always hated Vaseline on my lips and never understood the comparison and it kept me away from it too but I haven’t been able to put the strawberry one down ❤

The thing that i hate in lip products or make up products mostly on lip products is that they release a product like the lip mask and they just keep realising the same thing js in other flavours. Just to make people to buy them, i have the berry lip mask and im okay with it im not going to buy any other flavours to just be on trend. I luv your vids btw, you deserve moree<33❤❤❤

The Elf foundation intrigues me especially as a person whose introduction to makeup was elf, so they have a special place in my heart. However, since buying the aboutface foundation in a dark olive undertone I'm now more picky about foundations. First, it was because most foundation brands, especially affordable ones, didn't have my shade because the extreme jump from tan to deep meant mixing was my only option. Now it's finding the delicate balance between not too red, too orange, or neutral, and elf undertones are basically only those undertones. Now that I don't have to fix my foundation shade I'm too spoiled to just try another foundation because I might like the formula.
