Over the past few years, I've been working on building a bigger gym.

Although not at my house, this is technically a Garage Gym (with 5 garage doors) and houses some of the best equipment in the world. This includes equipment from the likes of Sorinex, Rogue Fitness, Eleiko, Exxentric, FreeMotion, Kabuki Strength, Prime Fitness, TrueForm, American Barbell, and many others.

This is not a replacement of my current home gym, but growth of our personal training studio, Intentional Fitness.

Coop I have a nice, quiet gym, self swipe in style, 90 second walk from my have always wanted a home gym....well that gym may as well be on the moon with everything that's going on in the world right now. I've finally dove full in to the home gym commitment and started accumulating a good assortment of dumbells, bars, plates, bands, bench on order....bells of steel rack (Canadian) back in stock in a couple weeks....Anyway a sincere thanks for the great content, it's both educated and entertained me on this journey....be well.
