The real OP is when you use Imperio on the troll BEFORE and you see all the spiders smashed in few seconds

To be honest; the 3 unforgivables are OP for a reason, especially the AK. Translate that into a game setting and that's already a built-in cheat despite the long cooldowns and whatnot. Imperio is a great crowd control spell, though. Kinda funny to use it on spiders too.

Completed the game on two chars with and without the curses.
I admit, the curses did give me a huge advantage against bosses, in late-game exploring however due to the high cooldown of those curses, I find myself using the sanctioned spells more frequently and the curses became more of a "when i feel like it" option.

I can’t be the only one that thinks every character pitch in the game except for the middle option makes your character sound robotic.

I love doing Imperio on Trolls, because usually I tried to attack it first but get ambushed by the smaller enemies. This way the troll takes care of it, and then you just have the troll

All nowadays games are about balancing player's experience, but Elden Ring and now Hogwart Legacy (And maybe other examples) proves that the player can choose by himself his playstyle and difficulty.

For those who don't want to use curses, I recommend applying the Ancient Magic III trait on all your gear and completing the ancient magic "quests" to increase your meter. It allows you to one-shot-kill many of the end game bosses and with a full meter you get five uses before the meter is drained.

Crucio mastery+ avadacadavera mastery is still the most busted combo. Just nuke a room full of people in about 5 seconds

Imagine suffering the Imperio curse and then suffering multiple patrificus totaluses, then for a second being brought back to reality before being finished off with ancient magic. what a way to die

I mean you can choose to be a curse user or not. It's up to you to make your own difficulty. The world of magic was never meant to limit your abilities.

I mean... they are called "Unforgivable" for a reason. They are just way too powerful and dangerous to be "legal" spells

Without using any sort of dark magic I've already one hitted three trolls at once with only one usage of petrificus totalus. This game screams freedom for everyone
