Yielding To God’s Will

1. Fight the temptation to take control and do what you’ve always done. Trying to control the process/outcome just leaves us more frustrated for several reasons.

a. God’s ways are not our ways. His plans outweigh anything we can ever imagine. He does things in His timing, and His way, so there’s no doubt He gets the glory.

{This makes me think of Sarah giving her handmade to Abraham to produce a child. She allowed her own desires to cause her to lose sight of God’s promise. And she acted hastily putting her outside of the will of God.}

2. Own your truth and recognize your way does not work.

a. This could mean letting go of the people, and things, that are costing you your peace, growth, and progression that leads to transformation. (Bad habits, relationships that are no longer working or perhaps never did, negative attitudes, etc.)

3. Surrender the doubt, worry and anxiety daily - Grow where you are planted. (Your words Dr. Daniels 😊)

a. Don’t compare your life to others. The enemy wants us to think we’re behind schedule, but God has us right where He wants us.
