I just read an email from a local broker and the plus side of higher rates is that the overbid on the sale prices is now down about 50%!

I'm just a retired no body on a fixed income but I got your back. I just went to Costco today on my weekly shopping trip and went overboard, again.

Nissan is not a wholly owned Japanese auto company. It's Nissan, Renault and Mitsubishi combined. More doesn't mean better.

I will own something because hard work pays off. Those in my generation that hardly work and expect the world to recognize their gifts are wearing rosy glasses. Only the hard workers will have some than none at all to give to there kids. Only the ones who decide they have the guts to open up their own business will become what they have received as a gift from God, the skill we take for granted but recognize ourselves.
