Fix Zenless Zone Zero crash at the start of the game

I think this is only happen with intelhd gpu or older gpu?
Since the game is just released, there's a chance that hoyoverse will fix this later.
Oh yah, i forgot to write this, but you can "Copy the shortcut" and paste it on your desktop. So, you don't need to go to this folder again to run the game.

Please note that this fix doesn't guarantee fix your crash.
Code if you only want to paste it after directory :
Change "..." with your directory folder.

IF you still encounter crash in game. Try to do this :
At login screen, find "Gear" setting icon at right side, then go to graphics and lower everything as low as possible. Some people said that this fix the issue only temporary and they will encounter crash again after several minutes.
If this is work on you, then there's chance that causing the crash is either Vram or ram(still unknown if this true or not).

The command in the game is forcing the game to run using Directx 12. It is only shortcut, so there's no change in the file game itself. If you run the game via Hoyoplay launcher, it will run the game by default setting from hoyoverse.

Also, if the game have update patch (update that needed to download from launcher), then you can't playing using shortcut and need to update it from launcher first.

If you encounter random crash after several minutes playing using this, then this is expected. Because we forcing it to play in directx 12, the game will be unstable.

You can try to install Directx 12 and Microsoft Visual C++ from microsoft website

You can also try update your vga driver or reinstall your vga driver and see if its fixed without need to use this command.

If you have 2 gpu driver (example, Intel iGPU and Nvidia which usually in laptop), then you can try this.
Go to windows - search graphics setting - Try to find ZenlessZenZero in there - if ZenlesszenZero not showing up, go to "Browse" button and find the location of ZenlessZenZero.exe - After found, click add - back to graphics setting, choose ZenlessZenZero.exe and Click option - Change it to High performance which is usually using your main gpu

So lets talk about some problem and is it fixable or not.
-If you able to play the game and crash immidiately after you control the character, then you can go to "gear" icon at login screen and try to lower and disable everything in graphics setting. If its still crash, then sadly no fix for now.
If your cpu has 2 core, then sadly you can't play the game and it will stuck in there. No solution yet, but someone suggest that play it in emulator and change the core at emulator setting to 3 or 4. Still don't know if this work or not.
-If the cutscene is lag, this is probably the same problem that hsr have before. You can try to disable shadow and see if its fixed or not. But, if itsn't, then you can't do anything until hoyo fix it (hsr got fixed in the next update after this happen, so expect same thing).

If everything after this and it still crash, then you're out of option, sorry but i don't have a way to fix this. The only thing is to wait the dev to fix it (if they plan to fix it, but so far no confirmation).
You can try to play at emulator for last chance. But, since most of people that has this issue are using low end hardware, then expect performance issue if you play it on emulator.

I'm sorry if it sounds cruel but it calms me to know that there are more people with this problem lmao, the same thing happened to me in hsr when they launched the Ruan Mei area in the space station, the game crashed every time I went there, it was solved alone a couple of weeks later, so I guess we have to wait for Hoyo to solve it

i’ve been suffering all day so thank you for this 😭😭 at least it’s not just me who’s had this problem so it’s not an issue on my end. it’s ridiculous that we have to do workarounds like this but hopefully hoyo actually do something about it soon. you’re a lifesaver dude 😭

when I launch the game and it's on the loading screen it crashes and shows a pop-up (i forgot what it says but it has to do with a start-up crash) and i still experience this even after doing this :(
