The dark forest theory is a very unique, plausible and profound theory for the Fermi Paradox, and by far my favorite. It poses that, perhaps, alien species are scared of establishing contact with aliens, just like we are, for who knows, they might be aggressive and dominate us with their superior technology.

My father and I used to bring up the topic about aliens ever existing. Idk but I’ve always said that it’s just too impossible for there to be no aliens. we could just be looking too far and can’t see what should be in front of us. even if it is just a small little bug thing or a plant. it’s still life. and we may not be able to live long enough to see it.
