We all have those moments from time to time. When it is done we will only have your video to remember your not so perfect moment. Hell I did a tech install that involved motor swap trans and clutch got the thing done a fired in one night, amazing right? Until the next morning when I go to hook up the clutch cable and realize I had forgotten to install the clutch fork!!!! I was so pissed...

Shit happens bro. Just gotta be careful on those edges, there is less paint there than on the flat surfaces.

PLEASE. enough of the thumbs up. Turn up the DA speed. You are not getting the chemicals hot enough. They activate by heat and will work better at higher speed. Also tape off the sharp edges so you dont burn through them

Lessen the pressure on the Porter Cable. You need more rotation to do good work. Too bad you don't have a forced rotation buffer like a Flex buffer. Won't really burn paint, unless you're really stupid, but it will work the paint quicker with less effort. My go to buffer for color sanded paint since I don't really care for rotary buffers, especially in tight areas.
Looking good though, even with the booboos! LOL!
