Andy I am about to purchase a brand new revive skateboard and hardware and my brother just purchased one and he said it was great I am looking forward to geting it and I have a channel Sk8 Life and I just wanted to give you feed back

I need some help, my trucks won't go on my board properly and I have to put one of the peices upside down and it makes my board super lose and it death wobbles very easily, any help? Or do I need to a new deck
