I haven't tried the other four saunas, but have tried and still treasure my BB Brother Brother Portable Infrared Sauna! I've been using mine every other day now for almost two years. I use it to help me breathe better because I have a-fib and congestive heart failure. This sauna also gives me more energy to do things which, to me, is like having a fountain of youth! The BB sauna is spacious inside. I'm 5'6", 300lbs and have plenty of room inside the tent. Before I first step inside I plug the unit in at the wall and put a towel on the floor in front of the tent. When you first step inside the tent you are stepping on a heating pad. Any sand on the bottom of your feet can't be good for the heating pad so it's good to wipe your feet before you go in! The next thing you do before going in is you adjust the position of your chair. It takes a little practice to find the sweet spot. You have to position the chair so when sitting on it your back should be nice and straight, not slouching forward nor tilting back too far. When you feel your chair is positioned right you step inside the tent, slowly turn around and sit. You should have the horizontal support rod with you. I keep mine on the floor of the tent when not in use. I then zip the tent about halfway up and I install the horizontal support rod which is needed. The end of the rod that is bare installs on your left side in front of you. There is a plastic half-moon inside the tent on the left side. The bare end of the rod fits inside the half-moon. The other end of the rod has a plastic fitting on a hinge. The plastic fitting installs on the right side in front of you. You have to find the cut-out in the fabric where the fitting fits inside. You then turn the rod clockwise very slowly and gently till the fitting slides in and locks in place. Don't force it - be gentle. Putting the support rod in becomes 2nd nature with a little practice. Once the support rod is installed you can put a towel over it to have easy access to wipe your face and head as needed. Next step is to zip the tent the rest of the way up. Then you are ready to program the timer and temperature setting. With your right hand unzip the side of the tent next to the control box. You'll find the control box in the pocket at the front of the tent. The control box is very simple to use. I usually set mine to 140 degrees for 40 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to pre-heat the tent which leaves me 30 minutes to sit and relax! I usually use Bluetooth headphones and listen to meditative music (Moola Mantra by Diva Premal). It helps to relax me and makes time go by faster. When I'm finished using the sauna I wipe-up any sweat on the floor of the tent and unplug the unit at the wall.
