The ones who say they got the least stuff done look like completely different humans sometimes. I'm pretty sure the people who are fans are not gonna unfollow them because they had things done. Is it that hard to admit a procedure in this day and age? It's so critical to say weight gain just happened on your behind. While most people will not get actual work done because they can't afford it or see how serious that is, changing weight is something many may strive for and then be unhappy with the results. This just has me shaking my head.
