That is sometimes difficult in the modern world to step back without feeling a sense of giving up. Society is structured around activity and stepping back can be quite a drastic shift. I went through that recently….have been going through it for months, actually. I had to breathe into the reflective space and learn patience with myself.

Oh my gosh, I was just journaling about my cluttered mind! Writing is how I declutter and I have neglected the practice for decades. I keep a small one on me at all times so I can write first; speak later (or not).
