I would also say keep your hands and feet away from the puck when the steam is flowing! There is nothing regulating temp so it’s blowing searing hot steam!

One month later. I've been using a smart Mac steam sauna from Amazon. Pretty regularly and it's amazing. I have one coming from sunstream saunas which is infrared and I pray to God that I like it

So if you're sweating that's the whole point right what's the difference if it's infrared or the steaming hot water it's still sweating right isn't it isn't it all the same

Notice how he doesn't mention the temp because it doesn't get above 90 degrees which isn't a sauna, that's an expensive steam bath

Any changes of it off gassing harmful chemicals? Like I can imagine people try in h to repurpose other products to sell as a “sauna” but where really they’re not meant for that. Also I can see from research you really need to get up to sustained 176F degrees for the full benefit

I found cheaper and bigger.
I pay 50$ a month at my fitness center.
sauna included.
I'm going 5days a week anyways.
It's like a win - win to me :D
