Does GPA matter after College - or even high school? It didn't for me....I'll share my thoughts, and provide a couple tips to answer GPA related questions (if yours is terrible).

If your GPA is poor, but you did well with your internships, lean into that.

If you can list a couple Senior Managers or above from your internships as references on the resume, I’d probably overlook the grades. If you can get a couple letters of recommendation from them, that’s even better.

Im an aerospace engineering student that really dident do to well first semester as it was a really big shift for me. Even tho its only srcond semester ive been worrying about goa for internships but this calmed me down a little bit and gave me some more insite and hope. Thx!

I am currently in my 4th semester in university
And I still have 4 semester to graduate. And my CGPA is 3.16

Do I need to focus more on my subject to increase my CGPA
Or should I join club in uni to get experience

Which one more important CGPA or clubs and activities in uni.

Because I have heard from some friends if you join club it will take time and not focus in studying and doing my project in each subject and that my cause some bad marks in test or quize I have

I’ve hired a few dozen people. If you’ve only just graduated or have only been working a year or two, I’m going to look because I don’t have much else to go on. After that, I don’t care.

FYI - When you remove the GPA, remove any mention of honors and any academic groups that aren’t a fraternity or sorority. It just takes up real estate on the page.

You’re an experienced adult now and grades are kid shit.
