How to fix utorrent not responding [windows 10]

Hello everyone.! Today i am sharing how to fix BitTorrent and Utorrent Not Responding with Slow Running Issue on windows 10

1- change compatibility to win7 or winxp sp3

2- run as admin

3 -apply setting

Thank man! I had been having this issue for the past day and a half. I did change the compatibility to win 7 yesterday but when I restarted an update happened and I guess might of reverted it back maybe??? Who knows...
Also I didn't set it to do it on all users, that may have been the culprit too.
Anyway thanks again for taking your time to post this helpful solution.
And for people having this issue and the video not resolving it, try backing up you %app data/utorrent folder and removing utorrent with a tool like "IObit Uninstaller" or "Your Unin-staller". Be sure to do it in 'super mode' or the equivalent that does a deep scan of your registry with the removal. Then copy the folder you backed up back to the appdata directory. This in combination with the video helped me.
