How come i have downloaded the same torrent before and it worked flawless. But now when i do it it’s either stuck on connecting to peers or an extremely bad download speed.

the moment you realize your VPN has an option to turn torrents on or off after 3 days of trying to figure it out :/

I have tried so many things, including another torrent program and nothing seems to download, Utorrent network test results in a, port is not open (you are still able to download) but it does not download. Even setting up a port forwarding in my router. I'm wondering if my ISP is somehow blocking me still.

My issue is that I can't connect to peers when I'm using my phone's hotspot (I'm traveling and there's no wifi) so I'm guessing it's a port forwarding issue. Is there any way to port forward from an Android? I used to be able to download stuff with my hotspot in the past, but since I changed my phone, it doesn't work anymore.
