Thank you for the video, it felt kind of weird for me as a male to watch this video. Therefore, I couldn't use everything recommended in the video. I liked the spray perfume on your nails idea. It kind of helps when you're out and you cannot bring the clear anti-biting nail polish since that won't fit in my pocket, so instead I took some of these small slim cylinder-shaped perfume that fits in the pocket and I spray it on my nails every now and then when I'm out. As a punishment, if I ever bite my nails, I cover my nails with bandages even in public (which is EMBARRASSING as HELL!) Only happened with me 2 times. I'm still in the process of stopping. Btw an extra thing to do is to keep your hands busy, works for me.
