Have you tried watering your potatoes when they're young with aspirin water or even just putting three or four aspirins in the pot with the potato plants when they're young from what I understand the aspirin makes the plants think that it has blight so it starts building an immune system So if blight does come along it's already fighting it I do put aspirin in with my potato plants every year but I can't grow potatoes worth beans

Great that you save your potato’s each year - should hopefully produce new plants perfectly adapted for your environment.

Intriguing... as always. 👍 Your ingenious setups always amaze me, and how the heat flows from one area here to the other area is certainly one of these. Of course, I fully understand heat transference; it is more about how you use your ingenuity to do this. 👍👍👍 Love your compost tumbler!! Such gorgeous fruit harvests, and structures!! 😊 Was that onion variety Broad Balls? 🤔😳😀

Excellent! What will you do with those tomatoes that are growing? Will you grow them on in your greenhouse grow room? Your oerprei are doing well. I planted mine on Friday evening. I saw your rocket stove, good job but watch those bricks don't explode with the heat! Take care, Poo

The apples look very delicious. I only have one strawberry left that I started from seed. I think it is time to start again. Thanks for sharing.

Great one on potatoes, my potatoes are just out there in all weather . I wonder should I cover them to keep them protected.

Great video but Terry said that it doesn't matter if the seed potatoes go green but will that not mean they have blight and you don't want to introduce that into the soil because it will expose other potatoes to blight.

Really interesting Terry. I'm going to be doing the tomato overwintering challenge with you but do I just keep them cool and then in the spring warm them up and then they'll germinate? Best regards, Robert

Great one Terry. Will be storing away potatoes for next year. I always randomly save ones from when i buy from shops for dinner in the winter. Best of luck with over wintering one.

How do you encourage chitting with potatoes? I'm very new to this and want to grow some. I have bought some pots that have already started to chit but they are small. I'm nervous about planting them as they may fail. Is there a method I could use to let get the chits bigger? Do I just put them in a dark place?
