Hi Richard. When you do a photo comparison, it would be ideal if you could use the exact same lighting, same clothing, same camera / settings, and have approximately the same hair length each time. Lighting makes a big difference and can make hair look darker or lighter.

My hair was almost all white in my early 60s when I started taking NMN a year ago. After 3 months it was slightly more blond. Noticeably more blond after 6 months - enough for my wife to see it. After a year, my hair color is about the same as when I was in my 50s. Mostly blond with white-blond temples. My hair is also fuller. I didn't take NMN to change my hair color but it is a daily reminder that the cells throughout my body must be getting healthier too.

Thank you, Richard. I noticed other than your hair, you posture looks nicer and you look smarter as well.

I have been taking NR for three months and then switched to NMN for two months. My wife turned to me last month and asked if I had been dyeing my hair and I said no.
I'm 74 now and my hair had got very grey and thin before starting the NR and NMN. Much to my amazement my hair was turning noticeable brown again as it was when I was younger. The colour has now spreading down to my temples as well. The principle gain for me is a marked increase in energy particularly in the afternoon. I can now do jobs and gardening around the house in the afternoon whereas before I had to take a nap.

Definitely a shade darker! Thank you for the update. I'm 48 (male) with a lot of white hair, been taking NMN for 3 months. Not noticing any change in color yet, but I'll definitely keep you posted if anything changes 👍

I’ve been taking NMN sublingually with Resveratrol for 2 weeks now. I’ve been noticing something very surprising for the last days - I’m not losing as much hair any more, it’s just too evident to denounce as just a whim. Will be observing the matter over the next weeks

Yes, I had white hair in the nose and went back to black with PABA(Para-AminoBenzoic Acid) 500mg and Calcium pantothenate

Thank you! I really like your SILVER hair and the grey at the temples! I like it neat in the back, but longer on top and along the sides. Not that you asked, but I wanted to assure you that at this subscriber who appreciates all that you and your wife do also appreciates your coiffure openness!

Nice! I think it looks quite a lot darker. I know one guy who had a noticeable change in his hair color after taking the supplements for a few months. His photos are on the ABS site. Other than him, I don't know of anyone else personally, though I've heard those stories like you said. It's great you are documenting your changes.

After6 months on NMN I think my hair is def getting stronger and darker - I've started hair massage again and NO hairs fall out whatsover! Wish I'd had taken it when I was I was 19.!

Definitely darker also let us not forget the hair we are looking at grew maybe 6 months ago. Hair normally starts growing gray at the sides so if its reversed of course the top will darken first I would imagine?

Thanks for the update. Of course, even if it hasn't got darker, who knows if without the NMN you'd be even greyer by now?

Hi Richard, thanks for sharing. Hair definitely looks darker but I noticed that your facial skin looks younger too. I have noticed for my dad, hair had growth is much faster, though not darker or thicker.

My hair seems to be darkening with NMN in the first 6 months or so. But I can't isolate NMN from the addition of HIIT workouts over the last few years, and reductions in stress. Sun and stress would gray my hair all my life, and it would recover more color in winter. No complaints about it looking slightly darker after going almost white. In my late 50s.

You are doing a great job on this channel!

However there don't seem to many results from NMN on its own. Unfortunately we may have to turn to more comprehensive treatments to reverse the aging process

Your hair now looks a little bit thicker and darker than before. Your skin have improved much more than your hair.
