Thanks for the inspiration. I bought the cleaner a year or two ago but never followed through. My 11-year old daughter and I cleaned both condensers Friday without a hitch, thanks to your video,

Such Simple Stuff Did You see that other You tube video where the Lady CLeaned her Condensing Unit Did You See all the Lint that was sucked up against the Out Side Coils It Looks Like that outside Unit was too close to the exhaust Vent from the Clothes Dryer DUH & IF YOU WANT TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF YOUR A/C SPLIT SYSTEM Do you See that outside Fan BLade it has THREE EARS WELL You Could Replace upgrade that THREE EAR Fan BLade to a FOUR EAR Fan BLade which will move more AIR & Decrease the Head PRESSURE thus Making the A/C UNIT Operate more Efficiently Just make sure You check the Rated Amps of the Fan Motor & the Actual AMPS that the Fan Motor uses FLA MEANS FULL LOAD AMPS & RLA MEANS Rated Load Amps and Do Not use the Acid Coils CLeaner unless You know what your doing that coil cleaner must be totally Rinsed off with CLean Water or it will Cause the Copper & Aluminum to Corrode then you will get Refrigerant Leaks YES I AM UNIVERSAL CERTIFIED HVAC TECHNICIAN PER THE EPA PHASE I & PHASE II & PHASE III THATS RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL

I like using the acid cleaner but around here you have to get it at the supply house and they only sell to guys that know what they are doing. Probably should only use it if you know what you’re doing anyway. Great vid. So many HVAC guys hate sharing.

Good info for the homeowner! One suggestion I have is not to have the homeowner use the acid type cleaner. if it isn’t rinsed completely out of the coil the acid will eat up the fins of the coil.

strongly recommend cleaning INSIDE to out. * we foam from the outside- wash and rinse from the inside. Mentioned in your video briefly however not done that way in the actual video * regardless of micro channel. IF you have a Needle gun sprayer like we do then 80% of the outdoor coils we dont need to remove the outdoor coil fan. Additionally one needs to clean the indoor coil- a lot tougher to do with out specialized tools. * would say the number #1 thing customers can do to maintain there HVAC system is CHANGE THE filter every month- which most dont they go by the 90day terms of the manufacture; however most environments today need changing every month to 45 days max. Purchase the electrostatic disposal filters.

Check that Nubrite. But I’m pretty sure it’s now rated for micro channel
