I hate living with this every single day. It’s so exhausting, I can’t even escape from it in my dreams.

For me it gets worse when i feel more stressed. It can go to the point of not eating my fruits because i fear the germs and pesticides that lies on them even if they were washed. Once it was so bad that i couldn’t eat almost anything unless i knew it was 100% safe and i get so frustrated knowing that they are everywhere.

I have misophobia and its a really bad terror for me. I get discusted by everything, I wish no one this phobia.

You didn't wash your hands good enough the first time... 😵 or the second time... You know what.. who taught you how to wash your hands? Lol I normally take at least 5 minutes to wash my hands and clean under my nails... 😱 I have to sanitize my hands every time after I touch something no matter how clean it looks. It gets really annoying and tiresome but I can't help it or I have an anxiety attack. I take medicine but it only helps so much you know?

One thing I hate about having Mysophobia is that the water bills for my family are high. ;-;

Guys I am not afraid of germs but one thing kinda related to this phobia is I always had a fear of using bathrooms that weren’t in my house... actually the only bathroom I wasn’t afraid of is mine that’s it.. I don’t know why but I just get so scared and disgusted of using other ones...weird Ik I don’t have this for sure but I think I might have something close to it..

At first i'm afraid of wall lizard droppings, next i am afraid a wall lizard too, , it getting worse now.. 😥
