Loved this video! A word of warning about the apple cider vinegar, be careful not to damage your teeth. After 2 years of drinking ACV everyday the enamel on my teeth was so damaged, I needed porcelain veneers on all of my front top teeth. My dentist told me it was the ACV and in the future, to drink it with a straw and try to avoid getting it on my teeth.

I just wanted to add something about the Brazil nuts. I'm Brazilian and in Brazil this is common knowledge, but I don't know if it is as well in other countries: this nut is called castanha do pará in Brazil, and you are only supposed to eat 1 or 2 of these a day if you plan to eat them for a long time. If you eat a large quantity of them for a while you may get selenium poisoning. 1 of these nuts has about 150% of the daily selenium that you need already. As long as you don't eat them in large amounts they are really good for you. Enjoy them and stay safe =)

OMG! You are supposed to put 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water. It can take the enamel off of your teeth!! So if you decide to continue this, you need to dilute it quite a bit.

I have porridge almost every day for breakfast and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon 😅 I just switch up the toppings - usually some kind of nut butter + banana or mango (depending on the season) + blueberries 👌🏼 crumbled lotus/biscoff cookies also work really well 🤤

1 tbs ACV in a glass of water is enough. Always drink with a straw to protect the enamel on your teeth. Rinse your mouth with water afterwards for the same reason. Wait at least 20-30 minutes before you eat anything to give the ACV time to work on your gut.

It’s nice to see people outside of the US who have some knowledge about seasonal/quality foods and cooking do this type of video. Was expecting the typical vapid influencer but was pleasantly surprised to find commentary that was intelligent and articulate. Also appreciated the thoughtfulness about plastic packaging waste. And those veggies looked so good! Very nice market you have.

Love this - so many yummy meals! Thank you! 💕 Personally, I put only one or two tablespoons of apple vinegar in a mug of warm water, I also add some lemon juice (again just a tiny bit) and some ginger and honey. Some people also add a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or pepper. So in case you want to give it another try, this might be a way to mix it up a little, and make it less strong. 🍏🙂

HI Hannah you might try letting the nuts, seeds, (chia especially)almond butter and fruit just sit in a bowl with the oats for about 10 minuts without cooking and eat it raw. Its soft enough and it actually tastes better than when the oats are cooked. It's like overnight oats that soak but you don't have to let it sit that long to get soft enough to chew and taste good. Just a suggestion you might try.
