My daughter is 20 years old, she was born deaf, we used signing time with Rachel Coleman when she was young to help teach our other three children how to learn how to sign... our family was involved in as many deaf events as we could go to, my daughter is surrounded by deaf and hearing culture -😊...

I have 2 children who are not deaf, but have developmental disabilities. We LOVED Signing Time and my youngest even watched Rachel and the Treeschoolers several years later.

I watch Signing Time with Rachel… not the annoying overall lady but Baby Signing Time! Daughter is not deaf but I wanted to learn with her as she was a baby so she could communicate what she needed. Gonna have to check out Laura 😊

I used to watch signing time with my kids. Anytime I’ve taught my children or even other people’s children the alphabet, i taught them in English and in ASL. I’m not fluent in sign language but my childhood best friend’s mom is deaf and I’ve always wanted to be able to communicate with her so i started practicing.

I wonder this. My son is nonverbal and only uses sign but we struggle to learn, remember and keep up with new words in his everyday vocab. Especially as he gets older (10y) and he needs more than just basic signs.
