Thanks a this discussion. Reading much about its benefits these days and heard in one of your recent previous video, so started again a cup of black coffee from 2 months. (I love coffee but due to extreme digestive problem I left few yrs before but started again now without milk and doing fine)

At what time of the day would it be ok to have it ? Since it shouldn’t be had during or after a meal. I assume it shouldn’t be had on an empty stomach due to acidity
