For past 6 years, he has witnessed so many players that were prophosied one day they would surpass Faker. Yet the only achivement they had were them being compared to Faker then that's it. The King never left. I don't know whether he almost cries or not but this shows how much he loves the game, how much he wants to be at the highest stage, be at the highest level and enjoy the journey the longest. This explains well why he still performs at this incredible level after all these years.

I think Faker is so touched because this team is so fucking good, and he hasn't felt this powerful since he last played with Bengi. They got to the Worlds finals 2 years in a row, and that alone proves that Faker has found his team. They almost won last year, and I'd say that the performance was so damn good they lost to nothing short of draft. That means a lot coming from a 3-2 game loss in the Finals.

Of all the years of watching and rooting for this guy, I can somehow tell whenever something’s off with Faker. After game 2, I saw how worried he was, I saw it in his face and eyes that he is starting to doubt himself whether they can really beat jdg or not. Seeing this reaction from Faker confirms my thoughts, and I am just really happy they overcome the challenge and stood their ground. I feel honored that I’ve got to see this legend and to be a fan of his. I will make sure to see through his career until his retirement.😭
