Minnesota’s Only Uzbek Restaurant Serves up Central Asian Cuisine in Plymouth

Minnesotans now have the option of ordering food from the central Asian nation of Uzbekistan. From meats to vegetarian options, Samarkand Restaurant in Plymouth serves up delicious and traditional meals from Uzbekistan. “The most enjoyable aspect is introducing our cuisine and culture to new people who haven't heard about us and see excitement in their eyes. And when they try our food, and how happy they get, that's the best feeling,” said the restaurant’s co-owner Aziz Radjabov.
