This was VERY helpful! I just received mine today and I thought the power cord was bad. Turns out I wasn't pushing the usb connector in hard enough to "snap" in. Also, my instructions had nothing on how to access the pad. I was afraid I was going to break it. Your video was more helpful than the instructions I got.👍

I will try the freezing, but so far works fine just soaking the cartridge. Also, it's okay to fill the water to the top.

you can put ice in the top chamber along with water

How long is it supposed to be in the freezer for the cartage because the directions don't really say how long to have it in there I just got one and soaked it and put it in the freezer but wasn't sure how long it had to be in the freezer for

Screw the cartridge I just put ice cubes Right where the cartridge Goes and there you go and actually works a lot better with ice cubes Right where the cartridge is
