It's not weird that doors should open outwards...it's safe! In case of a fire, if everyone would be running out/trying to escape, a door that opens inwards is dangerous, inconvenient to say the least.

Actually, Hawaii's makes sense. It's a state situated in the Pacific Ocean. If a storm happens, the billboards would just get blown off by strong winds.

Law 12 for Idaho is quite reasonable to be fair. Bee inspectors should be allowed to inspect bees
