I wanted to ask i have my appoitment in this week but i dont know i upload all my documents to CEAC, so there is this "If a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with proof of an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, you must upload this to CEAC or bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa interview" all of that is uploaded do i need to have those documents with me again???

Hi I have a question and I’m hoping you can help me In’shaa’allah . I came to the USA with my spouse in. November 2023 on a IR1 visa . Now in January 2024 my spouse just ups and leaves me and I don’t have a clue what to do today is March 13, 2024 and still no word on where my spouse is .
