A great video discussing some good ideas. I'm working towards moving away from PMO. I'm loving other things in my life far more because of it. PMO sucks up all the pleasure in my body and when it comes to other pleasurable experiences, they seem dull.

Now I love everything I do. I love music more, lifting weights is so much more rewarding (my key lifts are going up), I enjoy spending time more with my partner, I love my success at work more. I feel better and everything feels a lot more rewarding
