This looks very yum with all the veggies! I make the dressing first for my slaw too that way it better blends evenly. I keep the potato salad simple, no veg but a bit of mayo/mustard to just coat it. The three live nicely on the same plate along with whatever proteins (toast those buns folks. It makes a difference ;)
