Was looking for ways to mitigate storming as melee. I haven't seen the affix yet but heard it was rough. Looks like the worst of it is taking the dps loss to dodge. Thanks for the heads up! I've never had too much trouble dropping necrotic stacks ... although I do play Vengeance so ...
