I’ve had tendinitis for a year now and these comments just make me feel 1000 times worse. I just feel like I can’t even function anymore I feel like my doctor doesn’t care. I can’t live like this for years.

They tell you to reduce pain or do pain free movements but that always screwed me up because I would get into a rehab strengthening routine and then I would do too much or I would have to do something like shovel the driveway or lift something heavy and the tendon would get painful and aggravated and then I would put a stop to the strengthening routine because I think I've weakened the tendon and I have to rest so I wouldn't get anywhere with it because it's not really viable for me to avoid aggravating the tendon. I mean there's always going to be something to do or something to lift outside of rehab that's going to aggravate the tendon. So then I end up with chronic tendonitis. But now I've come to the realization that if I just give it a couple of days rest and I apply hot and cold to it for a few rounds a day I can aggravate the tendon quite a bit and still continue to heal and strengthen the tendon without having to stop and rest it or slow down on my rehab strengthening routine. In fact I can even speed it up and now I can make leaps and bounds in recovery instead of just small steps.

I'd rather not do surgery but I might consider it, had it for 8years now. Ruined my life from RSI from PC use and playing Melee...tried PT/OT 4 times nothing made it better. My hand strength increased from 20lbs to 75/80 lbs though!

i have had wrist tendonitis for 15 and it's gotten worse over the last 3ish (coinciding with a severe eczema flare that's mostly gone now...). i also have some kind of tendonitis? in my elbow, loud snaps accompanied by chronic muscle pain in bicep and forearm. this, as well as the wrist tendonitis, is in both arms. i get numb fingers, either thumb+forefinger or ring+pinky occasionally. i have crepitus in both wrists, my fingers, and even in my iv lumbrical (idk if that's the term but that's where it is). i cant take it anymore. ive brought it up to doctors for years but they dont even hear me. stretching does nothing, nor do other exercises. i cant row anymore (i had good hand posture when i did and it was an issue before anyway). im in canada so i cant go to johns hopkins lol.

I had a fall over two months ago. I had to wait 7 weeks to talk to a doctor and all they could tell me was that the bone isn't broken. I have to wait another 2 weeks to talk to a physical therapist. I feel like I'm losing hope. Will my wrist ever heal? I was diagnosed with tendonitis of the ulnar styloid. They didn't do an MRI because it's too expensive. I haven't met a doctor who can tell me how long this will last, or how much of the tendon is still attached to the bone. No one has been able to tell me if I need surgery. I can't life anything with my left hand without extreme pain.

I'm not the sports player.... It started about an year ago.... And it was less noticeable it was popping Whenever I was writing after some time I could feel like my right wrist has been blocked and o would swing back with some force.... And it would pop.... It wasn't painful...
And in between about a month or two I didn't have that popping wrist... But alas... Again it has started like week ago... Idk but this time popping is almost everysecond and I feel some mild pain in thumb region... And popping is becoming painful....

The treatments the orthopedics tried did nothing. It might sound crazy but cjc-1295, impamorelin, and ghrp-2 5x a week is like night and day.

This might be oddly specific but I flicked my wrist after I got done playing a game and my tendon connected to my index just stretched a lil too much and it's slightly irritated, although it's not painful

What about magnesium and calcium? Surprised no nutrients were discussed.

My left wrist constantly pops all day.. I can't do anything without it popping. I am left handed. Not really pain associated with it. Just very annoying. Also If I plant my palm and move my hand it feels like my whole wrist is shifting. That does hurt.
