Got to feel bad for the rookies, tough conditions to do your first race in. Even Alonso wasnt immune

0:28 I like to believe the wisdom he gained from Russia 2021 helped. Instead of forcing the issue for another lap, he boxed asap. It did help the pit lane entry was at the next corner though!

The guy I feel for is Yuki. Fantastic qualifying and race and he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. He deserved a bunch of points.

The moment Piastri passed Verstappen, they make a huge gap on Redbull. McLaren is super strong.

Sauber getting more points in the first race than they had all last season. 2025 off to an interesting start!

It’s crazy how Antonella with a spin still finished 4th

Looks like we're picking up right where we left off last
> McLaren dominating.
> One half of Red Bull overachieving, the other half struggling for relevancy.
> Ferrari, plagued by dumb calls, over promising and under delivering.

Leclerc Engineer Wisdoms:

2021 Turkish GP: "If you can keep Bottas behind then P1"

2025 Australian GP: "Must be the water"

Amazing Opening race, Max with an amazing drive on mediums in greasy condition to get p2, Norris learning from Brazil nailing every restart to secure one of his best race wins, Albon keeping Lewis at bay, Kimi ending p5 despite the initial spin and Ferrari returning to their former self where not only the comms are laughable but also their strategy...

The McL pace advantage in the dry seems real. So much for the notion that we'd get a fight in the front. The only thing that saved our bacon was the weather this time. If its dry the next few races we're in for a potential snooze.

Given all the problems he had (sometimes of his own making, some not), for Ollie Bearman to finish 14th and last, keeping out of trouble at least, must have felt like a victory for him

Bortolettos right rear definitely broke just before hitting the barriers, it looked strange.
