#1 most important quality for a marriageable woman is faithfulness. If they can't be faithful, nothing else matters. After that, kindness, gentleness, supportiveness, etc. are the next most important, because if you can't stand her personality, then looks don't matter. Next after that comes looks.

Marriageable men need to fit most of the same criteria, though there's additional obligations to be providers and protectors.

Coachable I agree with, since most women want an older, wiser and more experienced guy. She can learn a lot from you. Taking orders ( only in drastic situations of grave danger ) but also not a headache that argues about everything.
