in the medical field (for humans), there’s a saying “they’re not dead until they’re warm and dead”. being cold is obviously not good for the body, but even in desperate times trying to save humans, they will “freeze” the patient so the doctors have more time to think. being frozen and cold isn’t good for anyone, especially for extended periods of time, but it actually slows anything going on in the body, literally freezing it from spreading or continuing to get worse. and you shouldn’t pronounce someone dead until they have a normal core body temperature . obviously it’s better to not be frozen or need to be frozen at all, and it’s probably different in veterinary clinics, but i thought it would be interesting to share that. this little guy is such a fighter. these videos always give me hope

It's amazing that her organs weren't damaged from all of her trauma.
I've seen a few animals pull through, only to laterdied because their organs were too damaged and could no longer function.
It was heartbreaking.
I'm so happy in this case that there was a true miracle.
Humans can be horror.

Wow what heartless and soulless individuals would ever leave a pet behind like that. It makes me sick thinking about how often it probably happens. But luckily for every soulless, heartless shell of a person in this world there’s someone like these people who r there to be angels for those poor animals. Thank u for doing what u do
