The save actually immediately reminded me of an ability in Final Fantasy 14 that allows healers to pull an ally to their location called Rescue. You can rescue people off an edge or into danger areas or even into death zones. Moral of the story: I’m expecting some GNARLY trolling from the community and fear how my friends will use it on me xD

I kinda wished he had a more "building a garden" type of effect that Persephone has in smite. I do love the platform tho and love that boops have a counter

Hopefully they make it so that instead of activating automatically, it hovers over a teammate for a few seconds and gives them the option to choose when to be pulled by pressing an action key.

My in-between solution for this is to let the recipient melee out of it. A menu like the Ana nano confirm or sym tele would be too complex in a .5 second scenario, so let the teammate deny it quickly with a button.

I thought that the ability would opt a yes or no option for the person being pulled back, like using Syms portal, the option is there but you don’t have to take it. I didn’t realize they could actually yeet you back like that by force 😂 devs are trolling

I feel like all blizzard needs to do is add one of the petal platforms underneath the shielded person to stop them from falling to prevent trolls 🤷

For the pull it be cool as a anti trolling if you try to pull a teammate off the map place a temporary flower flooring for 10 secs or until teammate walks off it
