PhazePlays Lightning Summon Skeleton Necro/Champ for Path of Exile
This is a brand new Minion build that can be played on Necromancer or Champion
It utilizes Iron Mass to Triple damage with a massive amount of flat Lightning damage
Solid build for those that enjoy minions and an active playstyle
While this isn't intended as an instant leaguestarter, you can swap to it once you get the required uniques
[Path of Building]
With Vaal Skills active, DPS more than doubles the values shown in these PoBs
Video context:
The damage shown is on the low end compared to what Necro achieves easily with mediocre gear, as crit scaling with fresh meat is very powerful
All Bosses shown are Uber Bosses, all Maps shown are Tier 16 or Area level 83+
