Dev Gadhvi was highly influenced by Grant Cardone and Dan Lok as seen by his constant mention of them and also by his participation of attending their sales training courses.

Dev is one of Dan Lok's proteges. He runs a similar business to Dan Lok. Dev makes a lot of YouTube videos about growing a social media following and running a business that you are passionate about.

He wants people to become passionpreneur's.

These gurus had me for awhile I used to think being middle class was stupid but now I see that there’s nothing wrong with that. I’d rather work a 9-5 than scam a bunch of people or do something that provides no value. I want to create something meaningful and have an impact. Keep in mind Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos don’t have course and don’t crap on people for working a 9-5 be like them and focus on yourself.

Spencer the thing I really like about you is you don't make me feel so bad about my life. I have a 9-5, same company for 29 years but follow a lot of self help gurus and I read a lot of books. I juat take bits and pieces and get some value. As a real estate investor on the side, having a well paying job and good credit, I have access to lots of money and can jump on a deal. I had a goal to quit in a couple years but I actually like what a do and while I pursue my side hustles there is no financial pressure. Your YouTube channel is one of my favorites. Keep the great content coming here and on biggerpockets. I had actually never heard of this guy but as always this was a good heads up.

Well done mate ! When I saw his Instagram ad for the first time, it was a red flag. He is frequently using the term 9 to 5 but in india there is no 9 to 5 whereas it is 9 to 6. Official Working hours in india is 9 hours not 8 hours. Funny Guy 😂
