If is not natural, don't eat it. Eat real butter instead of margarine. Eat sugar in the raw instead of splenda, sweet n low, equal..etc. Mix olive oil, vinegar, and spices to make salad dressing instead of bottled. Everything needs to be in moderation and everything needs to be balanced.

You don't have to sacrifice taste in order to stay healthy. Here's some healthier but equally tasty alternatives to the products presented in this video:
- soda / fresh fruits juice
- canned tomato sauce or ketchup / home-made sauce from fresh tomatoes & herbs
- processed meat / grilled steak
- artificial sweeteners / honey
- margarine / butter
- bottled dressing / vinegar+oil+salt
- whole cow milk / goat milk
- hotdogs / homemade sausages
- potato chips / fried potatoes or pop-corn
- white bread / whole-grain bread or polenta

Well, you heard the guy. Take out everything that's in the fridge and burn it to the ground, because you can't eat it!

It seriousness though, the best way to combat this problem is to eat in moderation. Start introducing healthy alternatives to slowly replace the unhealthy ones. I haven't poured dressing on my salad in years and I always go for water instead of soda. Red meat is also something I'm trying to avoid. My diet isn't exactly perfect and probably never will be, but the important thing is to at least be aware of its faults in order to improve it.

This is a very good video except for one point.  Natural saturated fats are very healthy and always have been.  The hydrogenated liquid yellow oils, margarine, and man made crap are the culprits for heart disease.  Natural saturated fats like animal fat, butter from grass fed animals, coconut oil, and organic nuts, seeds,  and oils like walnuts, flax seed, macadamia, avocado, olive oil, etc. are very good for you.  I am also surprised that this video does not mention canola oil as being unhealthy.

Umm, white rice has ZERO enriched wheat flour. It is also one of the LEAST inflammatory foods you can eat.

Moderation, educated choices and having an active life style... That's pretty much what one needs and you will be fine. My goal is to live a long healthy life but that doesn't necessarily mean I wish to live to 100... Aiming for 90.
