Hello Dr Gundry, I am Gary J Jones I am 50 years old and I have early onset dementia, what has helped me is large flat mushrooms 2" inch diameter one a day with seasoning (base tomato sauce, crushed garlic, turmeric powder, chives, parsley and black pepper) to protect against dementia . I also on an empty stomach Extra Virgin Olive oil, to help cognitive ability and memory. lions mane mushroom extract capsules, for BDNF production in the brain. today is the first day without memory problems. @drstevengundry Excellent video! Can you PLEASE post a list link on your website or FB page where I can find a Restorative medicine doctor in my area of the US? I can’t afford to travel to CA! I want to find a doctor that does the same type of blood panels that your practice does in the New England area. Please post a list of all the MDs here that do this type of medicine/practice so I can start going to one locally. Thank you!

Dr. Gundry, thanks for all your information. Have been following the diet evolution way for eating and have gone from 250 lbs to 190 in 13 months. Blood pressure is now 110/60 down from 140/90. I always eat gut friendly foods now. Thanks again

Dr. Gundry, I struggle with Yeast Overgrowth in my Gut and I am so confused as what to eat. I am 72 yrs. young (of which i don't know how it is possible but I have 51 yr old twin daughters and am told we look like sisters). and for the past 15 years I have tried just about everything to get rid of this relentless "room and boarder". I've been on Diflucan, Nystatin, Mycelex Troches. I take a high potency probiotics, and just about all the essential Supplements you mention. I eat no grains, no sugar, no dairy (was diagnosed Lactose Intolerant), no legumes, no potatoes or tomatoes; and figure I'm Italian. What I DO eat organic grass-fed beef and organic chicken, wild caught Haddock and Shrimp and MANY vegetables, except tuber veggies because i am concerned about the carbs in them. I have made some changes to my diet by listening to you especially regarding Lectins, which i realized I have been eating alot of! And I have incorporated some of the good recipes on YouTube into my diet with the omittance of Lectins. My main source of oil is 99% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, along with and Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil and Sesame Oil and Grass Fed Butter from Ireland. When But I'm so confused because if I eat something that that is not in that category of my limited choices, I have some issues with itching under my armpits, my scalp, and "private places". Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated.

a feel good food I sometimes like to use is a cup of oolong or simple black tea with just one square of unsweetened baking chocolate, (Ghirardelli works best for me)
