I built my offset revers flow from a 500 gallon propane tank. I later installed a DIY smoke generator for cold smoke. All I can say is everyone go out and make one. Look up a BBQ calculator before you start, it saves a lot of miss spending.

I use an offset vertical. I stuff cure and smoke a lot of sausages on top of traditional briskets, ribs, butts and chickens. The sausage hooks are irreplaceable.
