i wept out loud during this scene.
(i cry in everything)

the last look between kim and jimmy is timeless/haunting/gorgeous.

and just noticed the call back in this scene back to cinnabon…
making bread in prison.

So I went back to rewatch the show, They used this same exact music in Jimmy and Kim’s first smoking scene.

The ending of this show honestly gave me one of the strongest emotional resonances I’ve had with a piece of media. If Breaking Bad was a Drama, Better Call Saul is a tragedy.

This really is a bittersweet ending. No happy ending where Kim and Jimmy finally go away with eachother. But Saul is gone, Jimmy is back and will live with a clear consience while also getting what he deserves. A good ending doesn't mean a happy one.

It's kind of crazy that this is the absolute last moment of the Breaking Bad universe

You can see her hand making a gun signal, yet her emotions hold her back from doing it for him.
This is amazing directing by Gillighan, instead of having the cliche “I still love you.” Moment, he ended with this.
A somber goodbye, leaving both of them on different paths for good.
But both will be content.

Man she was a keeper. How many times she stood by his side no matter how much bs he pulled is crazy. I mean she did some shady stuff herself but cmon if it wasn’t for Jimmy she would have a wonderful life.
