If you do the bounty mission with Benedict A. No lawmen spawn in west West Elizabeth, and he doesn't die from the sniper while being carried on your shoulder as a human shield.. Gangs in New Austin also do not spawn. If you got a couple hours you can walk to Gaptooth Breach, safely set him down and get the turtle shell trinket early.

I would never do this as I agree with the guy who said it’s pointless (though with far less vitriol 😅), but taking the time to figure it out is worthy of a little engagement. I would never walk through Blackwater with a buck on my back, but kudos to u for proving it can be done. Locals were like, nope 🤣🤣

Just do the Angelo Bronte glitch in chapter 4. Its the the best way to enter New Austin as Arthur.
